We are so proud to have four newly-remodeled rooms to offer
our overnight guests. One of our four Bed & Breakfast
rooms is sure to be perfect for you. The Elvis Room, The
Lillian Bronson Room and The Garden Room all sleep two adults.
Our DeFlippo Room sleeps up to four adults. Newly renovated,
spacious and beautiful, our overnight accommodations are
perfect for out-of-town guests as well as anyone looking
to get away close to home. (Please note, photos of our rooms will be added soon!)

The DeFlippo Room - Our largest room, sleeps four
adults and is decorated with lovely antique furniture and family
photos. It has a double bed and a double pull-out couch as well
as a small dining table. A large, comfortable room with old world

The Lillian Bronson Room - A large room furnished with a lovely antique double bedroom set with a small dining table and chairs. Decorated with memorabilia of Lillian, a character actress from the 1940's - 1960's. A Lockport native, Lillian's childhood home is located next door to the restaurant and now belongs to Jerry & Joan DeFlippo. MORE |
The Elvis Room - Cozy earth tones are the perfect background for the great collection of Elvis memorabilia displayed in this room. This room has a queen-size bed and Zebra print accents that add to the lively atmosphere! MORE |
The Lockport Room - A lovely sitting room equipped with comfy chairs for all of our guests to enjoy. Amenities include a small breakfast bar, a 25" television and VCR, coffee maker, fridge and plenty of information on all of the local attractions. |
Our Bed & Breakfast has two full baths, one on either end of the hallway, that all four rooms share. The Lillian Bronson Room can be closed off in the hall with one bath to become a suite.
Guests 12 years and older please, no pets allowed.
Overnight packages include: Continental breakfast, television, A/C, small fridge and coffee maker in the Lockport sitting room. Please ask us about our Dinner Packages also while you are staying with us.
Directions: We are located 18 miles from Niagara Falls, 15 miles to Lake Ontario fishing, one mile to the Erie Barge Canal and very close to downtown shopping and the Market Street Art Gallery. WNY Wineries are scattered within 20 miles.
